First Visit
Your initial appointment will typically include a comprehensive examination and a review of your dental needs and treatment options. When appropriate, treatment may be started during your first visit. More complex cases or certain medical considerations may require a separate appointment for treatment.
Please bring the following to your appointment:
-
Any recent X-rays from your previous dentist, if available.
-
A current list of medications you are taking.
-
Your dental insurance information and any completed forms, if applicable.
Important: Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Please let our office know in advance about any medical conditions or medications that may be important for your dental care, including heart conditions, diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves or joints, blood thinners, or aspirin therapy. This information helps us provide safe and appropriate care.
X-Rays
If your dentist or physician has taken recent X-rays, please ask them to forward them to our office. If they cannot be sent in time for your appointment, please bring a copy with you. If additional X-rays are needed, we can take them in our office.
